Jamie was raised up in the Pineywoods
of East Texas.
He is happily married to his wife Debbie for 23 years now
and have two
wonderful kids who they are both proud of.
Jamie has hunted all of his life since he was big enough to
follow behind his dad in the woods.
Most of his hunting tactics, he
learned from his dad and his older brother Clarence,
who were his hunting
mentors growing up.
Through many years of experience,
Jamie has the proven ability to read the signs such as scrapes,
rubs, crossings,
funnel areas, feeding and bedding areas, and the skill to track and stalk an ole
mossy back buck. He factors in the primary wind direction and the lay of
the land of the hunting area
thoroughly before hanging stands or building food
plots. He does a lot of pre-season scouting and
hunts a lot
according to the so-lunar charts and moon phases, all of which helps him and
others fill their tags each year.
In the off season, you will find
Jamie hog hunting, guiding squirrel hunts, and fishing.
He loves to bow
hunt and when deer season rolls around you'll find him in the woods with his
Matthews Outback "The Thwack Master" trying to put the smack down on a deer with
his
"Heat Seeking Missiles", those muzzy broadheads.
